Our Vineyard journey began when we attended the first Vineyard Conference in Australia in 1987. We witnessed and participated in people's lives being healed and changed in a way that we had longed for, but not seen. Prior to this our history had been in youth work both in the Anglican and Uniting Church. "At a Vineyard Conference the following year we met Brent Rue (then Pastor of Lancaster Vineyard in California USA). We heard about the Ranch Ministry. This was a place where lay ministers could attend and receive teaching from people within the Vineyard and other associated ministries (eg YWAM)."

The opportunity came for us to take a year off and several doors opened including acceptance to the Ranch. In 1990 we went to India and worked voluntarily in a hospital in Vellore South India for 3 months. We then went on to the Ranch in California for 6 months where we had teaching and experiences that transformed us. We finished the year in South Africa where we were involved in bringing students together in dialogue programs in the attempt to deconstruct some of the effects of apartheid.

We returned to Australia 7 months pregnant with time to settle and celebrate the arrival of our daughter. We had the opportunity to join a House Church movement called Ruach and became house church pastors.

Through some God directed events, we were given an invitation to attend a church planting school in Canada for 2 years. We left Australia in 1996 with our now two children.
During our time in Canada God renewed our heart for Australia and Australians. In 1997 we returned to Australia with a blessing to churchplant. On our return we joined Hills Vineyard (now Dayspring). We planted a new Vineyard Church in September 1998.
We began Sunday meetings at Turramurra North Public School in December 1998. The exciting growth of this new church led us to move to a larger facility at the "Bush School" in Wahroonga.

In 2009 we then purchased our own place of Worship at 6 Chilvers Rd in Thornleigh, where we are currently meeting.

We would be thrilled if you decide to join with us on this journey. We believe that an openness to God allows our lives to be enriched in remarkable ways.
Welcome to the adventure!
