Phil and Kath Henry have been the pastors of Northridge Vineyard since it was planted in August 1998.

Northridge Vineyard comes under the oversight of the Association of Vineyard Churches Australia.  Peter and Kathy Downes from Victoria are the National Directors of the Vineyard Churches across Australia.

While each Vineyard church is functionally autonomous, the movement has put in place a support structure where cluster leaders have responsibility over 3 to 6 senior pastors in a region.  The cluster leaders facilitate healthy communication between the churches and provide pastoral care and accountability.

At the local level, Northridge has a financial board who oversee the financial direction of the church and ensure all legal and insurance requirements are met.  A pastoral team also provides leadership over the ministries and relational activities of the church, as well as support to the senior pastors.

The full leadership team of the church consists of all our small group leaders and staff members, as well as the members of the financial board and pastoral team.  In particular, small group leaders provide the frontline of pastoral care to the church family.  They are a wonderful group of people, committed to Jesus and to serving the people under their care.
